Overview
The HostCMT Client Dashboard is your central control panel to manage everything — hosting services, domains, billing, payments, and support.
You can log in anytime at my.hostcmt.com to access your account.
Step 1: Visit the Client Portal
Go to https://my.hostcmt.com
This is the official HostCMT Client Area, powered by WHMCS.
Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Click on the “Login” button (top-right corner).

Enter your registered email address and password.

Click “Login” to access your dashboard.
Tip: If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password?” to reset it via email.
Step 3: Explore the Dashboard Overview
Once logged in, you’ll see the Client Dashboard Home Page, which contains quick links and an overview of your account.
The main sections include:

Active Services: Shows your current hosting packages.

Active Domains: Lists your registered domains.

Invoices: Displays unpaid and paid invoices.

Tickets: Shows your recent support requests.

Quick Shortcuts: Links to order new services, open tickets, or view announcements.
Step 4: Managing Hosting Services
From the main menu, go to:
Services → My Services
Here you can:

View all active and expired services.

Click “Manage Product” to:

Access cPanel or WHM
-
View login credentials
-
Monitor disk and bandwidth usage

Request upgrades or add-ons
-
Step 5: Managing Domains
Go to:
Domains → My Domains
You can:

Renew or transfer your domain
-
Update Name Servers
-
Manage DNS Records
-
Enable/disable Domain Locking
Step 6: Checking Invoices and Payments
Navigate to:
Billing → My Invoices
Here you can:

View all paid and unpaid invoices
-
Click an invoice to view details or make payment

Download invoices as PDF
-
Change currency (BDT / USD) based on your preference

Step 7: Submitting a Support Ticket
If you need help:

Go to Support → Open Ticket

Choose the correct department (Sales / Billing / Technical)

Describe your issue clearly and attach files if needed

You’ll get email updates when your ticket is replied to
Step 8: Updating Your Profile
Click on your Name → Edit Account Details (top-right corner)
You can update:

Name, Address, and Phone

Change password

Choose notification preferences
Step 9: Logging Out
Once you’re done, click on your name (top-right corner) → Logout
Always log out after using a public or shared computer for security.
