How to Order a Hosting Package

Overview

Ordering a hosting package from HostCMT is quick and easy.
All orders are handled through our secure client portal: my.hostcmt.com.
You can choose your preferred plan, select a billing cycle, and pay using BDT or USD.


Step 1: Visit the Client Portal

Go to https://my.hostcmt.com
This is the official HostCMT portal for ordering, billing, and managing your services.


Step 2: Log In or Create an Account

If you already have a HostCMT account:

  • Click Login, and enter your email and password.

If you’re new:


Step 3: Go to the Hosting Packages Page

  • From the Top Menu, click on Services → Order New Services, or

  • Visit directly: https://my.hostcmt.com/store
    Here you’ll see all available hosting categories such as:

  • Shared Hosting

  • Reseller Hosting

  • VPS Hosting

  • Dedicated Server


Step 4: Choose Your Hosting Plan

Click “Order Now” under your preferred package.
You’ll be taken to the Product Configuration Page where you can:

  • Review package features (Disk Space, Bandwidth, etc.)

  • Choose your Billing Cycle (Monthly / Yearly)

  • Select Currency (BDT or USD)

 Tip: Annual billing often comes with discounts or free domain offers.


Step 5: Choose Your Domain Option

You’ll now see options like:

  • Register a New Domain (e.g., mywebsite.com)

  • Transfer Your Domain from another registrar

  • Use an Existing Domain and update your name servers manually

Enter your domain name and proceed to the next step.


Step 6: Configure Addons (Optional)

On the configuration page, you may add extra services such as:

  • Additional Disk Space

  • Premium Support

  • Dedicated IP Address

  • Website Security or SSL

Select any addons you want and click Continue.


Step 7: Review & Checkout

  • Review your order details, pricing, and billing cycle.

  • Apply any promo code if available.

  • Click Checkout to move to the payment page.


Step 8: Enter Billing Details & Confirm Payment

  • Confirm your Billing Address and Currency (BDT/USD).

  • Choose your Payment Method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank, or SSLCommerz).

  • Read and agree to the Terms of Service.

  • Click Complete Order.


Step 9: Payment Confirmation

After payment:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email.

  • Once your payment is verified, your hosting account will be activated automatically.


After Ordering

You can manage your hosting service directly from the Client Dashboard:

  • Access cPanel

  • Manage Emails & Databases

  • View Invoices & Payment History

  • Submit Support Tickets
